During my time in Cape Town, six other girls and I will be completing a service learning project at Legos Daycare. I am excited about this portion of the program, because I will be able to apply my passion in the field of education. I also am in love with babies and toddlers and cannot wait to work with them! One of the key things we will need to accomplish at the daycare is building cohesion within the staff. I believe icebreaker activities will be a great starting point to address differences and get to know people. I thought your article was really interesting. The ice breaker questions were definitely out of the box questions that I think would work well in team building and create a humorous atmosphere.
